On the third (3rd) day, she ate through three (3) oranges. But she was still hungry…
On the fourth (4th) day, she ate through four (4) strawberries. But she was still hungry…
On the fifth (5th) day, she ate through five (5) pears. But she was still hungry…

through six (6) slices of watermelon. But she was still hungry…
On the seventh (7th) day, she ate through seven (7) pieces of cake. But she was still hungry…

That night she had a BIG stomachache!
On the tenth (10th) day, she ate through ten (10) leaves and she felt much better…
The little caterpillar wasn’t hungry anymore – and she wasn’t little either…
She was a BIG fat caterpillar!
She built a small house around herself called a cocoon. She stayed inside for more than two (2) weeks.
