What’s New for Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Si integrated ACC Credential form will alpha numeric card number (GID) for Si integrated ACC. Creating group of cards in credential screen is not ed for Alphanumeric GID Card Number. Auto selecting the card format in credential form has been implemented if there is only one card format in Siveillance Fusion. In Identity management form a Scrollbar is provided in ‘Trace’ tab page. New reader technology ‘Wiegand 52BCD’ and card technology ‘Siemens Readers ClkData/RS485’ are included in Siveillance Fusion.

Group deletion Site Code & Card Format Selection, Site Selection (if ‘RemoteAccessMode’ enable by ) been included and it was mandatory for Credential Number based deletion.

Group operation Performance is improved. When we replace role for more than 200 cards the system performance is going down.

Excel import Excel card import s GID card based operations for Si integrated ACC controller.

XML import XML card import s GID card based operations for Si integrated ACC controller.

CSV export Revision field has been included in the CSV export.

ID Badge ID Badge will Alpha numeric GID Card Number.

Event/Alarm For void card event and Revision mismatch event, the revision number will be visible to the operator along with Card number and event name in Item Description column (eg: CardNo-RevisionNo-EventName). For void card event and Revision mismatch event, the ‘Credential’ and ‘Identity Management’ context menu will be enabled, which allows the operator to configure the credential and Identity Management settings. The Credential Context menu for the Void card events will be launched in 'add' mode with GID card number and revision number. The Credential Context menu for the revision mismatch events will be launched in 'edit' mode with an actual revision number configured in the card along with predefined settings in Siveillance Fusion. The Identity Management Context menu for the Void card events will be launched in 'add' mode with blank information. . The Identity Management Context menu for Revision Mismatch event will be launched in 'edit' mode with predefined information.

Host verification The alpha numeric GID Card Number ed in the ‘Host Verification’ popup form. The ‘MifareCSN56’ reader technology has been introduced in Siveillance Fusion. If the Si integrated ACC Reader(s) associated in the Access Level, then its parents such as ACC Unit, FLN Bus, FLN Device will not be allowed to delete from the Siveillance Fusion, an alert message is provided to the operator. Context menu Identity Management and Credential for ‘wrong facility code’ event has been removed.

VeriNET New firmware of version 6.4.3.7 has been introduced for VeriNET controllers. A Reset context menu has implemented for ‘Denied back’ event/alarm, which is used to reset the ‘Global back’ from the respective VeriNET controller/Door.

L1 New firmware version 4.1.10.0.2 for L1 device has been introduced and included in Siveillance Fusion.

Video Implemented playback of RTP streams using VideoViewer by replacing VLC Media player.

Fusion 4.7.0 Known issues / Constraints Common Siveillance Fusion Packages are not upgradeable between Alpha and Beta Versions. During the upgrade of Siveillance Fusion, the install package does not modify the configuration files. They have to be done manually. Please ensure a copy of the original configuration files are backed up before upgrade so that they can replace the new configuration files. Auto hide of Site Explorer does not work if only Site Explorer window is opened. Repair CG and Client does not work using installation wizard repair option. Communication server fails to decompress data from VeriNET after 4 months of continuous running. Data is ed once the communication server is restarted. At times alarms and events are pushed to front end only for if the logs in for the 2nd time. At times alarms and events are pushed to front end only for if the logs in for the 2nd time this is a random occurrence. At times the icon for alarm acknowledgement does not change but the alarm gets acknowledged this is a random occurrence. Audit trail CS table purge does not delete events – customer specific. Live and playback video is not ed over remote connections or on server operating systems. If a site experiences more than 61,000 events per hour a configuration value in the workstation client configuration files should be set to 10 (value measured in hours) so that the event window is refreshed to ensure that the event streaming is updated as fast as possible and to avoid workstation client issues. Please the FSS FSTC for more information on this. Please note that all 3rd party video streaming software should be removed from Siveillance Fusion Servers or PCs as it may cause a conflict. Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes Management software has been found to cause conflicts with the Siveillance Fusion workstation when streaming video.

Siveillance Fusion Upgrade Package In Siveillance Fusion 4.6.107 the time schedule screen contains ‘HID, VeriNET, L1’ tab pages, which holds time slot information of each access control system. Now in 4.7.0 new tab page has been introduced called ‘Common’, this tab page holds the first two time slots of ‘HID, VeriNET, L1 and ACC’ access control systems. And the remaining time slots are available in the respective ‘HID, VeriNET, L1 and ACC’ tab pages. In Siveillance Fusion 4.6.107 version the ‘Door Mode’ configuration is available on the ‘Door’ screen and in Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 the ‘Door Mode’ configuration has been moved to L1 network screen this is done because to implement the new feature such as ‘Type Conversion’ and new ‘Door Modes’. Due to this L1 settings have been locked after upgrade, has to delete and add the same L1 related configurations.

Si integrated ACC Multiserver in Siveillance Fusion will not Si integrated ACC. Si integrated ACC will not DNS functionality. If a Si integrated ACC area is created with ‘Timed re-entry’ Anti back mode, then that area should not be assigned as the sub area for another ACC area. If the communication port of Si integrated ACC controller is changed manually through telnet command then it is mandatory to reboot the Si integrated ACC controller through the telnet command.

Si integrated ACC soft reset scenarios If an operator enables the Unique PIN option in application option screen then the operator cannot create batch of cards through credential window. If the operator tries to perform the batch card creation then the Siveillance Fusion will prompt the error message. If an operator tries to add a new access point in existing Access level from another unit, the access level alone will get ed to that Unit and the Access group will not get ed. To overcome this problem, the operator should perform the initialize action command from Si integrated ACC unit. While adding FLN Device manually, the offline configurations of FLN device will not get to Si integrated ACC controller. This information is ed once the FLN Device is edited and saved.

Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes Si integrated ACC Access Point Group is not be ed in Rules & Alerts. Before viewing ‘Area’ based Card Reports in master report, each time the operator needs to perform an action command ‘GetCardHolderDetails’ on the respective area. If operator wants to reconfigure the Si integrated ACC controller from Si Application to Siveillance Fusion application then he needs to full initialize the Si integrated ACC units from Siveillance Fusion, otherwise the Si integrated ACC controller will have the same settings which configured in Si and vice versa Si integrated ACC unit will not communicate to standby communication server automatically when the main communication server is failed/stopped. The operator has to set the standby communication gateway IP as Host IP of ACC unit. This is a hardware limitation. ‘Battery not present’ message will be shown in the Siveillance Fusion Alarms/Events screen with ‘3’ minutes delay. This message is from the controller when the battery is failed or power output is not available to the controller. This is a hardware limitation. Reader technology such as Siemens Rs485UID and iclassOSDP are ed from firmware version 2.50.50 and higher version, suppose if the operator configure the above reader technologies to the previous firmware version by mistaken, then the FLN device will turn offline. To rectify this, the operator has to delete the FLN device and rediscover it The FLN device becomes online based on the device number not based on the device serial number and the FLN device type (SRI, ERI, IPM, OPM). So the operator needs to ensure the correct device number while configuration. It is recommended that the operator does not open other screens while processing the ‘Universal Card Operation’ (Group Operation).

L1 When a new L1 controller is configured in Siveillance Fusion, first the has to ensure that the ‘ESI Site key encryption’ option is disabled on the controller. This can be done through L1 secure software. If the ‘ESI Site key encryption’ is enabled in new L1 controller then the card Read operation may be failed. Since the Siveillance Fusion does not s the ESI SiteKey Encryption. L1 credentials are not ed in visitor management. An Action Command of L1 Door "Emergency Lock" has been changed to "Emergency Normal”, accordingly the state of the L1 door has been changed from lock to Normal. In L1 ‘Mifare 1K’ and ‘Mifare 4K’ cards will not BUR type Templates. In L1 if the operator performs "Card Discover" action command the device will give only the card number and it will not provide the biometric information of the card. In the same way the device will not give the site information of the card so the card will be shown under ‘Root Site’ as default.

When any one of the L-1 Device is not respond, then the particular L1 device status will updated as Fault and the remaining s to the unit will stop. Whenever the Door Mode is selected as "Card Only", it always reads the Biometric information and the Schedule information from the L1 device not from card. This is a hardware limitation. Whenever the Door Mode is selected as "Multifactor" or "Smartcard Biometric”, it always reads the Biometric information and the Schedule information from the card not from L1 device. This is a hardware limitation. Whenever the Door Mode is selected as "Fingerprint pin”, it accepts Card Biometric pin and Card number Biometric pin modes. This is a hardware limitation. L-1 observations If L1 Device goes offline suddenly without any reason then the operator needs to remove LAN cable and plug in again. This is a hardware limitation. Credential happens only after 2 minutes when the L1 Reader is mapped with HID or VeriNET. This is a hardware limitation. Duress finger configured in Biometric Enrollment will not work when the L1 Reader is mapped with HID or VeriNET. This is a hardware limitation. Firmware downgrade for L1 versions between 4.1.10.1 to 4.1.8.0 has been confirmed, it has not been tested for other versions. If the L1 Door is made offline by unchecking the ‘Enable’ in the L1 Door, Door will go offline. If the L1 Door input triggered/ GPI was enabled, door should remain offline since it was disabled, but it will state online in Siveillance Fusion,

M5E2 Visitor cards cannot be initialized from Card Initialize action menu for M5E2.

SPC Configure a zone as "Fire Zone" and map with any door. The live update of door status gets done during the periodical update, but Zone events will be reported immediately to Siveillance Fusion. After communication server comes back online from offline state, the offline events of SPC controller is pushed to Siveillance Fusion with current system date and time of communication server instead of actual event generated date and time. Check the SPC log for corresponding events. Action commands cannot be performed over the cloned objects. To perform this, Communication server needs to be restarted. In certain situation, the SPC controllers which are available on the network will not be shown in the controller list while scanning. If this case occurs then the operator need to close and reopen the scanning screen and continue the scanning. SPC 4000 device s only maximum of 4 outputs. This is a hardware limitation. Search all option in scan device will not work for SPC discovery when there are VeriNETs in the same network, the SPC should be added manually.

VeriNET ’Timed Anti-back’ mode will work only in entry access points. The reset action commnad on the cardholder will not work for ‘Hard antiback’ mode; this is because of hardware limitation. When a card holder is configured with a role which holds VeriNET Access right and that Access right has more than one rule, and when the operator deletes one rule from the access right, the ‘Location Allowed’ area does not display any readers in the identity management screen

HID Card no and the card holder name will not be displayed in the event/alarm window, when a deleted card or unassigned card is swiped on a reader under HID V2000/Edge controller. The operator can not open the credential form from event/alarm window for HID denied card event if there is no credential in the system.

Video The multiviewer window in the secondary monitor will be minimized on minimize/maximize of the primary multiviewer. Flickering occurs on Clicking PTZ icon continuously In Virtual Matrix, save layout option is not ed.

Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes It is recommended to use VLC media player for playback of Bosch H264 streams. Windows Media Player is not recommended for playback. Local recording is not ed for Axis cameras in German operating system. Clip /Export is slow for MPEG4/H264 over RTSP mode in MPEG4 and Mjpeg streams (i.e., time takes the duration of the video clip duration e.g., it takes around 5 minutes to a 5 minute clip). The clip is faster when H264 is used. Only eight playback streams can be rendered at a time in the Siveillance Fusion client. Firmware versions 0119 – Build 03/12/2009 is recommended for Sistore MX- Clip. Firmware version 2.8.1 sp2 (build 0135 may 20/2010) is not ed due to a HW limitation. Clip backward will work only up to the beginning of the current clip (Each Continuous clip having 40MB size) and starts to play normally thereafter. It is not recommended to use Aero theme in Windows 7 as at times it may have problems in rendering video from SiStore devices, this is an SDK limitation. ed clips are recommended to be played in the VLC media player. During the playback of certain Bosch/ONVIF device clips recorded in MPEG4/H264 over RTSP mode, few seconds are skipped (Dinion, Flexidome, AutoDome and VIP X1/X16 encoder cameras with high bandwidth). Siveillance Fusion s backward playback speed up to X2 for Bosch/ONVIF cameras For Axis camera’s, backward speed level X2 has been removed for playback X4, X6 and X8 are available. It is recommended to use 3 Monitors maximum in the Client Machine. It is not recommended to view live stream of Sistore MX camera in the Multiviewer and popup window simultaneously. Flickering occurs in such case. Lock operation for PTZ is not ed when server is run in virtual machines. When clicking a single camera close button during the sync playback mode in the timeline control, sync playback option stays enabled if another camera remains. During Sync playback of Sistore MX camera in multimonitor pc, fast forward functionality is not recommended. Zoom out functionality with scroll does not zoom out some times in Time Line Control. On generating multiple triggers for an ONVIF IP camera trigger gets generated every ten seconds in trigger based recording. During the duration of clip loading in the TimeLine Control, if the multiviewer is moved to 2nd monitor, minimize/maximize button goes invisible at times. Playback stops 1 second before the intended time for axis camera configured for trigger based recording in H264 mode. In some environments during field test latency of up to 2-3 seconds has been observed during the live video of ONVIF IP cameras.

Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes Two way audio on live streaming is not ed for ONVIF IP cameras. More than one event would report for single trigger action in ONVIF IP cameras. During the playback for ONVIF and Axis Cameras, the video can take up to 10 seconds to render. After rendering, the video playback clip runs faster for a few seconds randomly. It is recommended to link maximum 4 cameras of the same vendor to an object to view the streams in alarm spot. For Sistore DVR trigger based recording, pre and post time must be more than 10 minutes. This is a limitation on the SDK. Default live video streaming mode is configured in MJPEG. Audio is not ed when export the Clip in RTP mode

Modules Application Server must be started before Communication Gateway. Main Server & Standby server must be restarted for Standby server configuration changes. Workstations & communication gateways configured in standby server must be restarted if standby server is started before main server. A Site Plan cannot be in the Favourite list of an operator. It will only contain objects that need to be monitored or controlled by the operator frequently except Communication Server. In Operator Instruction the maximum size limit of the PDF/Microsoft Word document that can be ed is 10MB.

Visitor management If a visitor is created in the visit list view the visitor list view will not be updated automatically it must be refreshed manually, this is also the case if a visit is created in the visitor list view. Live update for ‘Check In-Out’ list view and Live State update for 'Pre- Visit' list view are not possible since these are time based updates. Operator rights should be provided to Pre- Visit, Pre- Visitor and Visitor Activation in order for the operator rights for the Visitor Activation form to function. Visitor Email Registration will not work with Plain Text Email Format.

Multiserver Multi-server in MP4.7.0 only allows card management across two paired servers. Only Live video across paired servers can be viewed from any of the servers. The cameras across servers cannot be recorded or played back although the system allows drag and drop of the cameras.

Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes Live video popup across servers does not work as it works for the Video Viewer. In case of 3 paired servers as minimum, the following do not function as expected 1. The notifications of Statuses across the servers are not live. 2. Addition/deletion of site is not reflected in all the paired servers. 3. Reports across paired servers cannot be generated as expected. The paired server details are first displayed rather than the local server details in Device Browser. Attendance reports cannot be generated across paired servers If servers have been continuously paired and unpaired this may cause an issue when trying to pair at a later stage.

OPC Siveillance Fusion OPC DA client cannot discover and populate the tree view with DA groups and DA items at times. Excel import of DA items not ed. DA item value does not get updated in the third party OPC server if Siveillance Fusion client even has right to change. ACC objects do not get discovered in OPC DA client. SPC Area does not get discovered in third party DA client. In case of SPC objects discovery in 3rd party OPC client, the action commands can be performed from it but the labels in Siveillance Fusion and 3rd party client do not match. If an object in Siveillance Fusion is Edited or deleted objects OPC server should be restarted so that the 3rd party OPC client is notified about changes. Only one OPC DA Server can be added under a single CG, for unlimited license we can add multiple CG with only one corresponding OPC DA Server.

Attendance Management System Manual attendance provides erroneous total hours spent. Flexi shift exception report do not list card based events. It only lists Manual attendance.

Firmware Issue Fixes: Firmware Version 6.4.3.7: Even though access point delete from the VeriNET device then if operator shows the card in the same physically existing access point the controller gives access granted event. This was restricted In the earlier firmware version of VeriNET if ’s initializes network or network become online then all calendars will be deleted from the VeriNET device including the default calendars. After this Siveillance Fusion is subsequently ing all the configured calendars into the device, during this process default calendars are not getting ed in some scenarios so in the Firmware Version 6.4.3.7 the

Issues fixed in MP4.7.0 Si integrated ACC The ‘Forgive Card’ action from alarm/event window listing all the card assigned to the Card Holders, when click save then all the listed cards are reset. In this build, only swiped card gets listed in the action form and when give ‘Forgive Card’ action, only that particular card will be reset.(ID:5686) When continuously connect and disconnect the power cable of Si integrated ACC unit while it was in communication with Siveillance Fusion then the communication server crashed. For this new version of SDK has been released to fix the issue. Spaces between the description of FLN Device and Reader have been removed. Label name has been changed to ‘Credential Number’ from ‘Card Number’ in Credential form. While adding an Identity management with a role which contains multiple access rights, identity management screen hangs without saving this issue has been fixed. Employee already exists message has thrown when card import is done through Excel card import, with empty employee code. This issue has fixed. Expiry date is not saved correctly when cards are imported through excel card import, it is showing different expiry date in credential form. It has been fixed. Siveillance Fusion system hangs after ‘Full initialize’ action command issue has been fixed.(ID:13223) If site code is modified in card format all the cards respective to this card format will be deleted from Si integrated ACC controller. So operator is requested to do the full Initialize. While restarting the communication server cards are getting deleted from device ‘Card void’ events are getting from the controller, this issue has been identified and fixed. Search window remain opened after its associated forms are closed, this issue has been identified and fixed. Frequent discover happening when Si integrated ACC turns online have been corrected. In DRI device, the ‘Reader Tamper Auto-Reset’ configuration is not ing into FLN Device. It has been fixed. When readers, floors are added or removed in Access Level then ‘Invalid Access’ event is raised instead of ‘grant Access’, this issue has identified and fixed. Access Level is not notified into multiple Si integrated ACC units once it contains Access Point Group. Access Group ed into all the units irrespective of its unit.(ID:5351)

Siveillance Fusion 4.7.0 Release Notes When performing 'Full Initialize' the Access Level IDs in the Access Group do not get ed properly. While performing 'Full Initialize' some Credentials are getting removed from Si integrated ACC controller. In Alarm/Event reports some events displayed with empty description. ACC action sub menus are not listed for the operators guard, supervisor, and video. This issue has identified and fixed. Custom Card Format missed in offline FLN Device configuration. This issue has identified and fixed. Custom Card Format with parity has not been working since Beta-3, this issue have identified and fixed. An alert message 'Daily Code cannot be ed on the readers, which are referred in Area and Elevator' is shown to operators when they try to set daily code for readers which are mapped in Area and Elevator. Rules & Alerts are not working in Siveillance Fusion, if Siveillance Fusion Communication Gateway and Server service runs on different machine. It has been fixed. In Excel card import if there are no start date/expiry date values and date time format other than 'MM/DD/YYYY' in regional settings will cause invalid date format error. Even though access Point is deleted, ‘AccessGranted’ event is raised. Wrong Facility code event is not handled in Siveillance Fusion for Si integrated ACC. Changing ‘BackID’ in area in edit mode it is not getting ed.

VeriNET Deleting ‘VeriNET’ Access Point is restricted when it area referred in Access Right. A ‘Wrong Facility Code’ event is not reported to Siveillance Fusion from the controller; this issue has been identified and fixed. Duplicate entry in card for veriNET – Carry forward issue from Siveillance Fusion 4.4 for customer.

Video Siveillance Fusion client crash Run Time Error (R6016- not enough space for thread data) issue has been fixed for Axis.(ID:11547) Memory issues in the timeline control have been resolved. Crash issue while live stream of Bosch camera’s in Windows 7 has been fixed. (ID:14085) Time in the playback server and the timeline control has been synchronized in GMT Format. Packet drops while recording in MPEG4/H264 OVER RTSP Mode has been resolved.

SPC Communication server crashed in Windows 2008 Server machine, in which SPC is configured. It was fixed.

L-1 When Fire Alarm input is triggered then doors are opened physically, but the statuses of the doors are not updated in Siveillance Fusion client, this issue been fixed.(ID:12687) Encoding Tab was not hidden for cardholder popup and Image Verification privilege events. While processing alarm, the alarm history is not getting listed properly. Credential form is not launched when the Credential context menu is clicked on L1 Card Event from Alarm/Event window, this issue has identified and fixed.( ID:15875,15745) If a card is deleted from L-1 device through input trigger for the first time ‘Card Deleted’ event is raised correctly. If same trigger rose again, now the controller will give ‘template not found’ event but Siveillance Fusion showing ‘Card Deleted’ event in the screen. It has been fixed.(ID: 15738, 6485) The ‘Invalid Card’ event from controller is not shown in Siveillance Fusion event window, this issue has identified and fixed. If more than one L-1 readers are connected to ‘VeriNET’ device card is not happened for all readers. It has been fixed. In the Alarm/event window, we are not able to open the credential form using the Card events popup menu. If a L1 device is configured as a reader in VeriNET, ACC or hid device the immediate card live notification is not working. But periodic notification is working which will occur 2 minutes once.(ID:15962)

The value should be set in minutes and recommended value is 60 or 120 minutes. This key is not present in default package installation, it gets added to the desktop config only after first and by default 0 is the value set. If Event through put is high this value can be reset and re- is required for every reset.
