Associate Pre-laminated Particleboards are the most advanced particleboards in India. Made using the world-class continuous press-line technology from Dieffenbacher, , the boards display a quality and durability that is unmatched in the country. Associate Décor Limited follows a strict screening process that ensures 100% defect-free multipurpose boards. Associate Pre-laminated Particleboards are available in a wide array of unique, functional variants.
The Exterior Grade series is a highly durable and strong range of Pre-laminated Particleboards produced by Associate. It is resistant to boiling water and cyclic changes in weather. These boards are superior to any of the other exterior grade particleboards produced in the country. The special property of the boiling water test of our boards is specified in DIN 68763 as V – 100 Test. It is also given in IS -3087 for grade- I boards. The tensile strength of our boards is checked after boiling the board sample in water for 2 hrs against the standard value of 0.15 N /mm². Our board attains a value of 0.20 N /mm². Truly the only “REAL” exterior grade series of boards ever to be manufactured in India.
The Marine Series of Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate are ideal for use in humid conditions Type P7 as per EN 312. These boards are intended for specific use in flooring, walls or roofing. Our HMR boards have great values of bending strength, modulus of elasticity and thickness swelling for 24 hrs against 2hrs specified in IS 3087 apart from meeting the highest standards for general mechanical and physical properties.

The Green Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate are a technological marvel and Mother Nature’s delight. These boards are manufactured totally free from urea formaldehyde and made exclusively from pure melamine and other specific resins. They are produced to the highest global standards and have properties that the requirements of IS 12823 Grade I Type II (1990). The boards are “green” even during the manufacturing process as 95% of the material used can be recycled by ing through a secondary chipping line. These boards are ideal for all “Green Building” applications. This is truly the finest prelaminated particleboard ever made in India.
E0 Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate when tested with the perforator method, give results where the free formaldehyde in the particleboard shall be less than 5 mg per 100 gm of oven dry boards tested as per the requirements of IS 13745 for formaldehyde emission and es the requirements of IS 12823 for Grade II Type II (1990). This range of boards sures pre-requisites of most international furniture and real estate companies for their eco-friendly standards. The E1 Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate the requirements of the IS 12823 Grade II Type II (1990) having formaldehyde content of less than 8 mg per 100 gm of oven dry boards tested as per IS 13745. These boards fulfill stringent norms of bending strength, screw-withdrawal strength and modulus of elasticity allowing manufacturers tremendous flexibility in creation of furniture and allied products.
The Fire Retardant Series of Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate es the most rigorous tests of ignitability, combustibility, spread of flame and firepropagation as per industry standards. Our boards achieve a Class II surface spread of flame as per BS-476 part 7 and a Class I as per BS – 476 for fire-propagation.

The continuous press line at our facility is a system that produces the boards of international standards with zero pre-curing to ensure the best mechanical properties. The density variation in our boards is the least as compared to others, by far. The dimensional stability of the boards produced at our facility is unmatched in India.

Associate Pre-laminated Particleboards are refined, graded and manufactured on the principle of the “I-Beam” structure where the outer layers have a higher density compared to the middle layers, providing more elasticity, better impact resistance and close surface. The Eucalyptus ingredient.

Associate Pre-laminated Particleboards are the most advanced particleboards in India. Made using the world-class continuous press-line technology from Dieffenbacher, , the boards display a quality and durability that is unmatched in the country. Associate Décor Limited follows a strict screening process that ensures 100% defect-free multipurpose boards. Associate Pre-laminated Particleboards are available in a wide array of unique, functional variants.
The Exterior Grade series is a highly durable and strong range of Pre-laminated Particleboards produced by Associate. It is resistant to boiling water and cyclic changes in weather. These boards are superior to any of the other exterior grade particleboards produced in the country. The special property of the boiling water test of our boards is specified in DIN 68763 as V – 100 Test. It is also given in IS -3087 for grade- I boards. The tensile strength of our boards is checked after boiling the board sample in water for 2 hrs against the standard value of 0.15 N /mm². Our board attains a value of 0.20 N /mm². Truly the only “REAL” exterior grade series of boards ever to be manufactured in India.
The Marine Series of Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate are ideal for use in humid conditions Type P7 as per EN 312. These boards are intended for specific use in flooring, walls or roofing. Our HMR boards have great values of bending strength, modulus of elasticity and thickness swelling for 24 hrs against 2hrs specified in IS 3087 apart from meeting the highest standards for general mechanical and physical properties.

The Green Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate are a technological marvel and Mother Nature’s delight. These boards are manufactured totally free from urea formaldehyde and made exclusively from pure melamine and other specific resins. They are produced to the highest global standards and have properties that the requirements of IS 12823 Grade I Type II (1990). The boards are “green” even during the manufacturing process as 95% of the material used can be recycled by ing through a secondary chipping line. These boards are ideal for all “Green Building” applications. This is truly the finest prelaminated particleboard ever made in India.
E0 Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate when tested with the perforator method, give results where the free formaldehyde in the particleboard shall be less than 5 mg per 100 gm of oven dry boards tested as per the requirements of IS 13745 for formaldehyde emission and es the requirements of IS 12823 for Grade II Type II (1990). This range of boards sures pre-requisites of most international furniture and real estate companies for their eco-friendly standards. The E1 Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate the requirements of the IS 12823 Grade II Type II (1990) having formaldehyde content of less than 8 mg per 100 gm of oven dry boards tested as per IS 13745. These boards fulfill stringent norms of bending strength, screw-withdrawal strength and modulus of elasticity allowing manufacturers tremendous flexibility in creation of furniture and allied products.
The Fire Retardant Series of Pre-laminated Particleboards from Associate es the most rigorous tests of ignitability, combustibility, spread of flame and firepropagation as per industry standards. Our boards achieve a Class II surface spread of flame as per BS-476 part 7 and a Class I as per BS – 476 for fire-propagation.
