Firstly in this section, I tell about “The coach should have a basic behavioral principles”. As regards the general behavior of volleyball coaches are faced with two types of behavior. These are: 1- Coach or assistant coach, a training format to be successful, personally performs all the auxiliary function. 2- Coaches is usually left to the players, job of auxiliary functions made themselves Unfortunately the second attitude rarely occurs and is almost seen exclusively in men’s team.
