Dimension’s interchangeability is Optimized Components™ System.

Our Locking Optimized Components (LOC™) system makes it easy for shooters to change their Dimension rifle’s components and calibers in just minutes. It consists of 7 parts – a universal stock and receiver that accepts multiple barrels, magazine groups (magazine and housing), bolts and bridge scope mounts. Dimension hand tools work with all Dimension rifles. Interchangeable parts are stamped with letters: A, B, C or D. Match the letter on the barrel with the one on the bolt and magazine group and you have a perfectly matched set-up for any Dimension caliber. *

The LOC Bridge Scope Mount is an ultra-lightweight, magnesium mount that stays with the barrel. Scopes stay zeroed as you change barrels. LOC bridge scope mount , Dimension rings and scope sold separately

Dimension is a bolt-action platform you build on, season after season. No gunsmith required. Start by purchasing one complete Dimension riἀe in your favorite caliber, then choose a second barrel in the next caliber you want, as well as a bolt that matches the same letter series as the barrel: A, B, C or D. If both barrels are in the same family, you can use the same bolt.

Check the Series letter: A, B, C or D on the barrel and match the bolt with the same letter on it, in right- or left-hand configuration.

Example: If you already own a Dimension in .30-06 Springfield and you want to make it a .223 Remington, use your current stock and receiver, then choose a .223 barrel. It comes packaged with the right magazine group (magazine and housing). Your new .223 barrel falls under Series A in the table, so choose a rightor left-hand Series A bolt. If your new barrel/caliber is in the same series: A, B, C or D, you don’t even need a new bolt.

The G2 Contender rifle features readily interchangeable 23˝ barrels, enabling the shooter to select from a number of different cartridge options, from 17 HMR up to 45/70 Gov’t. In addition, all of the 16 1/4˝ and 21˝ barrels made for the old style Contender will readily fit the new G2 frame. The high comb on the buttstock allows the shooter’s eye to be in perfect alignment when using a scope. Its versatility, with regards to selecting either rimfire or centerfire barrels, makes it a multi-use rifle. It’s an ideal plinker, small game and varmint rifle and is one of the lightest, hard-hitting deer rifles there is. It’s at home in a trapper’s pack basket as it is in deer camp. As a “carry gun,” they don’t get any better. It will become your favorite in any of the seasons. This much versatility in a 5 1⁄2 lb. package is hard to beat.
