BizX delivers business alignment , team execution ,recruiting execution ,people performance and learning management solution to organization .SuccessFactors is designed to optimize and mange a company’s most critical assets –its people, money , customer and supplier. Responsibilities:  Did Customization of customer’s instance a per the requirement like text replacement , created dashboards, created custom fields. 

Gathered customer requirement and based on that prepared Specification document and defined Development days .
