ESIC Process Flow

Employee Fills the ESI Nomination Form and submits with his ing documents.

Orion Payroll dept. collects the same and submits it to the regional ESI Office . and the ESI Card is issued in 2 months to the employee. Temp card is issued immediately

Orion Payroll dept. will then month on month deduct the ESI from the employee salary and deposit to the ESI Office on 15th of every month for the previous month

The associates will be called to attain ESIC drive to get Smart cards

PF Process Flow Employee Fills the PF Form Nomination Form and submits with his ing documents

Orion Payroll dept. also ensures the annual PF returns ( Form 3A and Form 6A ) is filled as per the due date.

Orion Payroll dept. collects the same and submits it to the PF Dept. and the PF No is issued to the employee after the 1st month payroll

Orion Payroll dept. deducts the PF from the employee salary. The Employee and Employers contributions are deposited to the PF Dept. by 15th of every month for the previous month
