This Operation was being carried out using 3 dies and Die desing was changed to improve production operation by reducing 3 dies to two die operation. the production of corner bracket in month of may - 83000 nos which was daily production came 3200 pieces /day for the production the management had to pay overtime to 3 workers for 12 hours daily thus the need for Kaizen.
