Grade 7 - ZARAmazing Homeroom PTA Minutes of the Meeting Date: June 12, 2018 Time: 8:00 a.m. Venue: Zara Room Agenda: 1. Election of Officers 2. Homeroom Project 3. Others The meeting started with a prayer by the class adviser whom right after presided and started meeting at exactly 8:10 in the morning. Furthermore, there are forty-five parents present, and two of them represents two students as they are the both either parents or a guardian. Therefore only 3 parents were unable to attend. Referring to the first agendum, the adviser opened the table for the nomination for the position of the president. Mr. Louie Aurelio was nominated and become the president as being unanimously chosen. He then presided the meeting, and complete the election of homeroom officers After the first agendum, the class adviser presented the homeroom project for the section, which is the additional CR for female. After so, the adviser informed the parents about the classroom that their children will be occupying. It was explained to them that the classroom really needs rewire and proper ventilation, thus another project which is the rewiring and ceiling fan repair, was introduced. The amount of the contribution was agreed to be three hundred fifty pesos (Php350.00) each student they have. With what was being shown by parents, there is indeed gladness in the heart of the adviser knowing that the parents are very ive and willing to help the school. The meeting ended successfully in God’s grace and guidance. Meeting adjourned: 10:45
