FILOMENA ADANA Door 3 , No. 154 Campomanes Bldg., Quezon Avenue, Cotabato City Re: Notice of Breach of Lease and Request for Compliance Dear Mrs. _________, This is to inform you that a breach of the existing lease agreement has been committed by you as tenant of the premises located at Door 3, No. 154, Campomanes Bldg., Quezon Avenue, Cotabato City. Upon inspection personally conducted by the undersigned on 28 February 2014, the following violations are found to have been committed: 1) obstructing or blocking the exit way or access to an area leading to a designated fire exit by placing objects such as bed, tarp and other impediments in violation of Paragraph 13 of the Contract for non-compliance with existing fire safety laws and regulations; 2) Allowing a third person not privy to the existing lease agreement to occupy or encroach upon the leased premises without the prior written consent of the LESSOR in violation of Paragraph 7 of the Contract; In light thereof, the LESSOR hereby warns the LESSEE to rectify the foregoing violations within seven (7) days from the date of this letter. After the lapse of said period, the undersigned will thus be constrained to exercise any means necessary to protect her rights under applicable law, which includes eviction and other legal remedies.
