Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Your Inspection Notes dated 09-10-2014 Ref: Our Registration Certificate 8/111/CE/6632/2013 Please refer to your visit to our establishment and inspection carried out by you and thank you for able guidance. We submit the following for your kind consideration in reply to your notes of inspection. 1. We are maintaining inspection book as required under Rule 24 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Rules, 1963 read with Sec.29 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961. 2. We are maintaining of Leave with wages in Form-F (see Rule 8) as required under Rule 24 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Rules, 1963 read with Sec.34of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961 and Rule 8. 3. We are maintaining Leave with wage book in Form-H (see Rule 9) as required under Rule 24 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961 and Rule 9. 4. We have issued appointment orders as provided under Sec.6-A of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961 in Form-Q (see Rule 24 (9-A) of the Karnataka Shops & commercial Establishments Rules, 1963. 5. We are maintaining weekly holiday Form-P (see Rule 24), as required under Rule 24 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Rules, 1963 read with Sec.34 of the Karnataka shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961 6. We are maintaining visitor book and establishment name board in kannada language. 7. We are maintaining combined wage in Form-T, as required under Rule 24 of the Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Rules, 1963 read with Sec.34 of the Karnataka shops & Commercial Establishments Act, 1961.

2. The payment of wages Act, 1936 and Karnataka Payment of Wages rules, 1963. 1. We have displayed the abstract of the payment of Wages Act, 1936 in our Establishment as required under Sec.25 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 and Karnataka Payment of Wages Rules, 1963. 2. We have displayed the notice of payment date as required under Rule 9 of the Karnataka Payment of Wages Rules, 1963. 3. The Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules, 1958. 1. We are maintaining and records pertinent to the employee wages (muster roll cum wage ) in Form – T as required under Sec.18 (1) of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 read with Rule 29 (1) of the Karnataka Minimum Wages rules, 1958. 2. We have displayed the minimum rates of wages in Form-X as required under Rule 23 Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules, 1958. 3. We have maintained Inspection Book as required under Rule 30 (1) of the Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules, 1958. 4. We have exhibited the details of weekly holidays, working hours and time for payment of wages in Form-III as provided in Rule 30-A of the Karnataka Minimum Wages Rules, 1958. 4. The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and the Karnataka Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1973. 1. At the time of commencement we have communicated and submitted Form-A as required under Rule 3 (1) of the Karnataka Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1973. 2. We have displayed notice indicating the name and designation of the authorized officer of our establishment in the notice board of our establishment as required under rule 4(1) of the Karnataka Payment of gratuity rules, 1973. 3. We have maintained Form-F in respect of all our employees working in our establishment as required under Rule 6(1) of the Karnataka Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1973. 4. We have displayed the abstract of the Act and Rules of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and Karnataka Payment of Gratuity Rules, 1973 in the notice board provided in our establishment 5. The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 and the Equal Remuneration rules, 1976. We are maintaining Form-D as provided under Sec.8 read with Rule 6 of the Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 and he Equal Remuneration Rules, 1976.

6. The Karnataka Lanour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 and the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1968. 1. We have remitted labour welfare fund in respect of all the employees who are on the rolls of our Company including the management contribution totaling Rs.1350/- vide Cheque No.000517 dated 14-01-2014 in Form-D as required under Sec.7-A(3) read with Rule 3A (1) of the Karnataka Labour welfare Fund Act, 1965 and the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1968.
