5G NR network side parameters – UE power control 1、UE Inactivity Timer NW when no data transmission，Network will release NR between UE according to this timer. If set this timer to 0ms, NW will never

release NR link, and this will cause UE Negative power consumption about 500~700mA;  Recommended Configuration 1. Configure to 20s for NR(QCI6~QCI9)； 2. Configure to 10s for LTE;

2、Connected mode Discontinuous Reception (CDRX) It will cause 280mA Negative power consumption if NW do not configure the NR CDRX parameter;  Recommended Configuration 1. Typical value 160ms for LTE; 2. Typical value 320ms for NR;

3、Uplink Pre-Scheduling NW will always send UL data packages if we set this parameter to OPEN. And at that time , the UE will always keep staying awake, and will cause 180mA Negative power consumption of UE.  Recommended Configuration 1. Set NR UL prescheduling parameter to CLOSE;

NOTE:  If UE Inactivity Timer is configured to 0ms, the RRC Link will keep in Always connect status, and this will cause 500~700mA Negative UE power consumption；  If Uplink Pre-Scheduling is configured to OPEN, the CDRX feature will not effect, and will cause 300-500mA, Negative UE power consumption； 2
