indeks mendekati indeks rata-rata nasional, dan mempertimbangkan kelengkapan sumber data.

Data IKK diperoleh dari hasil Survei Harga Kemahalan Konstruksi khusus bahan bangunan/konstruksi, sewa alat berat, dan upah jasa konstruksi yang dilaksanakan di seluruh kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Data dihitung berdasarkan data harga triwulanan

yaitu triwulan III - IV tahun 2017 dan triwulan I - II tahun 2018. Dasar penghitungan diagram timbang IKK memperhatikan data dari Buku Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Bill of Quantity (BoQ) dan data realisasi

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). IKK tahun 2018 merupakan salah satu komponen utama yang digunakan untuk

PREFACE Construction Cost Index (IKK) 2018 is cost index describes the costliness of construction in each regencies/municipalities compared to the reference region, Semarang Municipality. Selection of reference region is based on index number that is close to

Data is obtained through a Construction Cost Survey specialized in building materials/construction, heavy equipment rental and wages in all regencies/municipalities in Indonesia. Data is calculated by quarterly survey for quarter III – IV of 2017 and quarter I – II of

2018. Weight of Construction Cost Index uses data from price per unit of analysis book Ministry of Public Works and Housing, Bill of Quantity (BoQ), and realization of State Budget. IKK 2018 is main component used for General Allocation Fund in 2019.
