He was so much committed to his work, that he won the New York Supreme Court trial. He was not just an herbalist, but also a pathologist and biochemist.
When he visited México, he meets an herbalist who reverses his diseases through his herbal medications, and suggested following an African diet, as his origin was from Africa.
This all inspired Dr. Sebi even more and then he went to study more about the herbs and thus create his own natural vegetarian cell food that cleanses and detoxifies the body. The prototype was known as Dr. Sebi's cell food.
Dr. Sebi was well known to be committed to his work and quest for the best plant-based food. For that, he stands up to the higher authorities up to the food and drugs istration.
In 1980, he ran various ads in New York newspapers that AIDS has been cured by the Usha Research Institute. He also publicized the cure of diabetics, cancer, Sickle Cell, Lupus, Blindness, Herpes, and many others.
