Ms. No.329 M.AU.D (M1) Department Dated 30-04-2008. *** ORDER: In the G.O. first and as amended in the G.O. fourth read above, the time “on or before 31-05-2008” was stipulated for filing applications under Regulation of unapproved and illegal layout Rules 2007. However due to pendency of W.P. No. 1069 of 2008, before the Hon’ble High court, challenging the G.O. Ms No.901 M.A. & U.D. Department dated 31-12-2007, and also in view of the fact that in the reference second read above, the Revenue (Assn. POT) Department had given time up to 30-06-2008 for submission of applications for regularization of encroachments by way of dwelling houses, the Government have decided to extend the time for submitting applications up to 30-062008, so as to make this scheme co-terminus with the above orders issued in the reference third read above, 2. Accordingly the Government in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 455 AA of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, Section 218 (A) of the A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965, Section 46(A) of the AP Urban Areas (Development ) Act, 1975, hereby issue the following amendment to the Rules issued in the G.O 1st as amended in G.Os 2nd, 4th and 5th read above : AMENDMENT In Rule 6 of the said rules for the words “on or before 31-05-2008 “the following words shall be substituted, namely: “on or before 30-06-2008 “ .
