Gabriel Tosh was raised by his grandmother in the slums of Haji. He spent his childhood thinking that his significant psionic powers were actually voodoo magic. It wasn’t until he was conscripted into the Confederate armed forces that his abilities were recognized by those who are trained to find them. Tosh then disappeared. Rumors abound: some say that he was taken into a new, top secret organization created by the government to hone the skills of “gifted” individuals like himself so that they become superhuman assassins. Others say that he started using his abilities to make money on the black market. Regardless, Gabriel Tosh became a shadow. However, stories of a mysterious new arms dealer and resource pirate have begun to surface from the dark corners of the Dominion. There is talk of a figure in Dean’s Port who is so dangerous that he’s been banned from even that seedy location due to the fears of local merc groups. This pirate is rumored to use black arts to enhance his operations, even… voodoo.

And he has even the bloodiest criminals looking behind their backs.

For the few individuals who know enough to connect the dots, it is apparent that Gabriel Tosh is still very much a factor in hidden workings outside of Dominion control. Whether his sole aim is lucrative piracy or he has larger schemes at play is anyone’s guess.

it all depends on how you like you play,ghosts have the snipe and are good for hunting stray units,and they were the first.yet specters are better at thinking out groups with mind blast

@cbjbill: Specters are Ghosts that were given chemicals to enhance their psionic abilities, and for the most part it worked. The only flaw was that it sent the Specters mad and thus the project was canceled. He is one of the few Specters who escaped and now he wants to jail break his buddies.

@cbjbill: dude starcraft ghost was going to be a horrible game, that's why they canceled it. They couldn't pull off an action title like that and they didn't want to screw up the Starcraft franchise. you can look it up.

My favourite character. During the mission at New Folsom, I always choose Tosh because he helps me free prisoners at this volcanic planet. He's better than Nova.

@Gundam: It's never really clear whether or not Nova was right... but her mission makes it appear to be true, and nothing Tosh ever says or does even implies that Nova is lying or wrong about him and his Spectre friends.
