Your Analysis Why do teachers need to align the objectives, strategies and assessment? They need to align the objectives, strategies and assessment to attain the common goal and that is the objectives. Objective is what the student must learn in a specific subject matter. Strategies is all about the instruction done by the teacher it must be anchored on the objectives. Lastly the assessment is used to judge what the students learn or if the teacher’s instruction is effective. It is also anchored on the objectives. In attaining a goal you must to anchor these questions what you want, how you will do it and did they learned it.
How should teachers align their objectives, strategies, and assessment? Suggest some strategies.
Your Reflections What has been your most meaningful experience in this episode? What makes it meaningful to you? How could such an experience help you become a better teacher? It is very hard to become a teacher. The future of your student lies to you. You are the one who mold them to become a better person. You are also a second parent to them. You must guide to the right direction. You must be a model for your students. Every wrong move that
you do will affect them in some ways. To become a teacher is not just all about teaching the disciplines but also teaching life to your students.
