Executive Summary
This report is a product of my associated with communication in theory and practical. In the ever-changing world of communication and media; this report is a result of the practical training I got in Channel No. One News situated at Sector 1, Noida for four weeks. Looking at communication as an essential feature of the Human Society and Electronic Media being the best, I have explained the past and present scenario about Electronic media.

This helped me to co-relate the knowledge gained at the college level with that enough professional environment. The work is undertaken with the objective of understanding the working of various departments and their co-relation with each
other like reporting and editing and also to get a practical training at a professional organization. During this training I got to learn many new things about the industry and its working.
