SECTION A: OPTION 1-STEPS TO CONNECT TO EVA VIA WEB BROWSER 1. Open your Internet Explorer and point the address to Enterprise Virtual Access site (https://eva.petronas.com.my) and enter your name and .

SECTION B: OPTION 2-STEPS TO CONNECT VIA VPN CLIENT (ANYCONNECT Client Ready) 1. When you are outside or working from remote (not connected to your PETRONAS Network) connect to the internet using your Internet Service Provider (UNIFI, Streamyx, Celcom, Maxis, P1, YES, Time, etc)

2. Make sure you can already access any other the internet site www.google.com

3. Go to Start Menu - All Programs and launch Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (Alternatively launch Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client from the System Tray - Bottom left of the screen)

5. Enter your name (PETRONAS Outlook ID) and (PETRONAS Outlook ) on the window

6. Cisco AnyConnect Client will indicate VPN: Connected, you wil then be able to access to PETRONAS Intranet, PETRONAS Webmail and PETRONAS ICT Service Desk applications

7. The below would be the quick guide in accessing the above applications: a. Accessing PETRONAS Intranet Portal -

Launch your Internet Explorer, and enter the URL: http://pww.petronas.com.my on the Internet Explorer to access PETRONAS Intranet

b. Accessing Email via Outlook Web Access - Launch your Internet Explorer, and enter the URL: https://pww.mail.petronas.com.my on the Internet Explorer to access PETRONAS Webmail - At the PETRONAS Webmail Intranet Site, enter your name (PETRONAS Outlook ID) and (PETRONAS Outlook ) c. Accessing PETRONAS ICT Service Desk (MyGeniie)

Launch your Internet Explorer, and enter the URL: http://pww.servicedesk.petronas.com.my on the Internet Explorer to access PETRONAS ICT Service Desk (MyGeniie)

SECTION C: STEPS TO INSTALL ANYCONNECT FOR FIRST TIMER 1. If you are working remotely and outside of PETRONAS Network, please ensure you are connected to the Internet

2. Open your Internet Explorer and point the address to Enterprise Virtual Access site (https://eva.petronas.com.my) and enter your necessary credentials as per normal

3. Click on the AnyConnect link on the left

4. Click Start AnyConnect

5. If the Web installation is not successful Click on the Windows 7/Vista/64/XP link to proceed with manual installation

11. Once installation is completed, log out from EVA Site and proceed to Section B to start to connect to EVA via AnyConnect client.

SECTION D: STEPS TO INSTALL BANDWIDTH OPTIMIZER (STEELHEAD MOBILE CLIENT) FOR FIRST TIMER 1. If you are working remotely and outside of PETRONAS Network, please ensure you are connected to the Internet

2. Before we start with installation you will need to whether your Operations System (Win XP, Win Vista & Win 7) are running on 32-bit or 64bit platform (Control -> System)

3. Open your Internet Explorer and point the address to Enterprise Virtual Access site (https://eva.petronas.com.my) and enter your necessary credentials as per normal. 4. Under the Home Menu , based on your Operating System platform (32-Bit or 64-Bit), click on the suitable link to begin the installation

5. Click on the Run button to continue with installation

6. Click on the Run button to continue with installation (if the below appear)

7. Click on the Yes button on the Untrusted Certificate to continue with installation

8. Once the installation is complete you would be able to see the Bandwidth Optimizer icon appearing on the System Tray - Bottom left of the screen
