Sealed tenders are invited from the parties who are interested for C&F agents for handling of agrochemicals and seeds stocks of Hindustan Insecticides Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprise) at the following locations in India as per the details given below:S.No.

Interested parties may the application form of C& F agent for the above godown space. & conditions: 1. Godown rent shall be paid by the Company for storing HIL’s agrochemicals for the above specified space. a) Manpower charges for maintaining the godown and effecting deliveries. b) The charges for telephone, internet connection, stationery, postage etc. shall be paid on actual basis. c) Cartage & loading/unloading shall be paid by the Company on actual basis. 2. Service charges for maintaining the godown for C&F services per month shall be paid by the Company. 3. EMD of Rs.10,000/- in the form of DD/Pay order favoring Hindustan Insecticides Limited payable at New Delhi. 4. Party has to give Blank Cheque/Cheques for a value of Rs.15 Lacs towards security of the stock held. 5. Party is responsible for maintaining the godown and stock position and effective delivery as advised by RSM or his authorized person. 6. The C&F will be responsible for paying for all taxes levies Govt. charges, service tax and all other statutory payments arising on of the agreement.

7. The C & F agent shall submit separate bills on monthly basis including Cartage, loading & unloading charges, Godown rent, Service charges & Manpower charges. The same has to be settled within seven days on receipt of the bills at HIL office. 8. The C & F agent shall engage competent and adequate supervisors for ensuring efficient and safe handling of agrochemicals and furnishing accurate and upto date stock position. 9. The C & F agent shall accept full responsibility for any act of theft, criminal misappropriation on breach of thrust in respect of the Company’s goods entrusted to the C&F agent by any such event. 10. The C & F agent accepts full responsibility for safe carriage and delivery of the goods loaded in the lorry up to Transport Company. 11. The C & F agent shall be responsible for any shortage reported at the time of physical verification of the stock and same will be recovered from C& F agent at market price. 12. Godown insurance policy will be arranged by HIL. 13. The Agent shall arrange to survey of the leakage/damage consignment reported at the time of taking delivery of the consignment. Other details of works to be carried out by C&F agent :-

1. Receipt of stocks from our Unit/ Deptt. 2. Effecting immediate dispatches our product to our dealers as per advice of RSM on FIFO basis within 24 hrs. 3. Maintaining Stock and other relevant record as per statutory requirement with Batch No. and Expiry Date. 4. Periodical information of stock to be given to RSO Delhi The successful C&F Agent will have to sign an agreement with HIL before commencing handling HIL’s stocks as C&F Agent. The sealed tender along with duly signed application form must be sent to “Regional Sales Manager (Delhi) Hindustan Insecticides Limited, 1, Shopping Centre, Karampura, New Delhi-110015, No-09312278311/ 01125938757/25464921 on or before 28.06.2012 upto 2.00 PM . All the sealed offers received within due date & time will be opened at 2.30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders who choose to be present.
