Instructions How to Apply 1. Fill the above given form on (Page 1) after printing (manually) and use CAPITAL LETTERS in whole form. 2. Paste Color port Size Photograph after printing paste/staple it on the form and Face Should be clearly visible. 3. After filling the form completely mention the date and sign below on the form (Incomplete forms are not accepted while do provide current and latest/previous final year/semester/class/prof result on which applying)

4. Submit the Application Fee for Test: $ 7 USD (International Applicants) or Rs: 275 Pkr (National Applicants from Pakistan) in the Organization Official Bank (Habib Bank Ltd)

Submit/Email the filled and Signed (Scanned) application form (Page 1) along with the Fee Deposit Slip/Receipt/Proof of transaction (Scanned) at [email protected] 6. You will receive an Application ID in case of successful submission and acceptance of form after reviewing the data provided within 24 - 48 working hours.

Additional Guidance 1. Please make sure you are eligible to apply for scholarship and read carefully and Conditions provided in the booklet at: www.bestbeing.org. 2. Regarding your academic background details make sure to provide the latest degree/diploma/class result information of final year/semester/class you have received. 3. You need to send soft copies (Scanned) of both the filled application form and Receipt/slip/proof of Fee Deposit to organizational email (mentioned in instructions in soft form) as hard copies are not required due to international applicants worldwide (as it will not be possible for everyone to have courier access and timely issues)

4. Please make sure to make one ZIP File/Folder of your scanned form and slip/receipt and you can use any Picture format, PDF or Word file format for your application form and slip/receipt of bank. 5. You’re Personal and Educational Documents proof are not required at this stage as documents validation will be carried out on pre selection for scholarship after test (If your provided information doesn’t match by your documents provided at later stage then your award might be cancelled)

6. Depositing of fee is allowed from any bank worldwide through any means with the valid proofs of deposit provided while from HBL Bank it will be convenient for you as no additional charges will be charged from any HBL Bank Branch. 7. Forms submission date is counted to be the date of depositing the fee of application form in bank while there is relaxation available to forms submission (Only to those who’s fee already been paid within the last date of application)

(Online Test doesn’t require physical attendance of any student as you can participate from any part of the world) Note: Please read all the and conditions before applying to the scholarship.
