As part of assessing their fitness level you have asked them to perform 3 fitness tests (we are doing this in class now). It is your job to explain to your client why you are doing this, what the 3 fitness tests involve and then discuss the results with them. The results of these tests will then enable you to prepare a training programme (which you will do in assignment 3). Produce a portfolio (booklet) of your work which you can then give to your client.
